Installations

We Install all major brands and types of equipment. We specialize in ductless systems with years of experience. Ductless units are the largest growing HVAC market in the United States. If you are interested in anything from an Electric Heat Pump to a 97% gas furnace, we have you covered. We also offer federal and local rebates whenever they are eligible.

 

Service

Quick service at low rates is the key to keeping our customers comfortable and the expenses down. We strive to make sure both of those key components go into every call we run. No matter the age of your equipment, we will service it to get you up and running whenever possible. We look at replacements as a LAST RESORT.

 

Preventive Maintenance

Keeping your units in good shape is the key to longevity of your equipment and efficient comfort year round. Preventive Maintenance is the most important decision you can make. It will keep your emergency repair and running costs down and give you the peace of mind that your units will work when you need them the most.

 

Spring Preventive Maintenance

 

  • Replace Filters

  • Blow Out Condensate Drain and Clean Pan

  • Wash condenser coil (provided water is available)

  • Measure Freon Level and fill as needed

  • Visually Inspect for Refrigerant Leaks

  • Check supply and return air temperatures

  • Inspect Electrical Disconnect for proper operation

  • Tighten Electrical Connections

  • Measure and record Volts/AMPS on Motors

  • Inspect Safety Controls (If applicable)

 

Fall Preventive Maintenance

 

  • Replace Filters

  • Inspect Adjust Ignition and Burner Assembly (Gas)

  • Inspect Heat Exchanger (Gas)

  • Sequence Electric Heat, Check AMP Draw (Electric)

  • Inspect and Adjust Indoor Blower Components

  • Tighten Electrical Connections

  • Blow Out Condensate Drain and Clean Pan

  • Cycle Heating and Cooling

  • Check Outside Air Economizer (If Applicable)
